How long does it take to get started?
You can download your copy, enter the unlock code that is provided to you at checkout and start using High Impact eMail right away.
How long will it take me to learn the program?

Will I need a website?
No. All you need is a computer, internet connection and an email account.
Can I use my existing databases with High Impact eMail?
Yes! High Impact eMail 4 is fully compatible with ACT! 6, 2005, and 2006 and can send messages to your contacts and write to the history. It will also import contact data from Outlook, Outlook Express, Alpha 5, Quickbooks, and CSV files for use in High Impact eMail mailing lists.
Can I customize my emails?
Yes. You can change the colors in all of our theme-ready email templates. Select individual colors or create themes that match your company or a seasonal theme or even your mood. Then, save your new customized template to use again.
Can I create an email now but send it later?
Yes. Our new eMail Scheduler (Professional version only) allows you to split your emails into batches and then select the day and time you want to send your emails.
Can I send personalized emails using my clients’ names?
Yes. In the Professional version, you can eMail Merge, using names and other customer information in the subject line and body of the email. Just simply click to insert the personalized information you want to include.
What’s the difference between the Basic and Professional versions?
You get twice as many templates and twice as many features in Professional. You also receive 1 MB of ReadyShare web hosting space.
